High School Chemistry Teacher Makes Totally Original Joke Using the Periodic Table

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Mr.Malley Omanly is your usual high school chemistry teacher, one bad medical diagnosis away from selling meth in an RV.

He’s been teaching at Bronx Stuyence High School for the past 10 years, and his students love him.

What really makes him stand apart is his unique jokes. The teacher is known to avoid the usual cliches found in the chemistry puns your grandmother often shares on social media and tags you in.

Mr.Omanly notes that his usual routine does well in the class. “My students laugh at my jokes like their grades depend on it! Well, in some way, that might actually be the case because my grading is pretty arbitrary and often contingent on my mood. Do I have favorites? Yes, and it’s reflected on their report card.”

But you will never hear a “What happens with the dead chemist? You Barium him!” or “All the good jokes ARGON!” in his class. Only complete originals!

When asked what inspired this creativity, Mr.Omanly talked about his 9th-grade chemistry teacher.

“Mr.Gibbs told me he became a teacher to avoid being drafted in Vietnam. That really hit home for me. I, too, will not give my body to the industrial-military complex. I refuse to support a perpetual state of war for the ruling class as a way for them to monetize the deaths of innocents in foreign nations. Oh, and I love teaching!”

The Principle of Bronx Stuyence, Pauli Exclusion, was supportive of the teacher’s endeavors.

“Mr.Omanly’s jokes have it’s ups and downs. Sometimes I feel boxed in when he looks at me after a punchline waiting for me to laugh, but there is a lot of potential with the right spin.”

It seemed that Mr.OManly has some more jokes coming up using the Group 1 elements.

We’re really only days away from his upcoming Netflix Special at this point.
